Important Info regarding PHS students and ID Badge requirements

Prescott Unified School District provides free bus service throughout the district by highly trained and carefully screened drivers who place your child’s safety first. All drivers have CPR and first aid training and participate in ongoing safety and driver improvement, as well as mandatory drug testing and complete medicals every two years. Mechanics ensure that every bus meets all DPS standards for safety and reliability. PUSD boasts an excellent safety record and is proud to transport your child safely, comfortably and on time.

PUSD transports elementary school students who live more than one mile radius from their school, and middle and high school students who live more than a two mile radius from their school. The district posts a list of bus stops and route times before the school year begins.  Bus routes are also published in the local newspaper and at all school offices. For further information on bus routes, please call the PUSD Transportation Department at 717-3229.

Remember, school rules also apply while students are on the bus – no cell phones, gum, food, drinks, etc.
