PTO News:
Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6-10, 2013. The GMMS PTO has a special event planned for the teachers and staff each day of the week. 
We will also be drawing teacher names each day to receive a gift item. PARENTS: If you would like to donate a gift item (ex. gift cards, gift basketsgift certificates, etc) for our drawing or bring in a food item for the week please contact Annmarie Lopez 928-899-4756. Please make all donations before May 1st!
For those parents that have already signed up to bring something in for this special week, we THANK YOU! Let’s make our amazing teachers and staff feel appreciated for all they do!
Technology Fundraiser Results: We got the final results from our GMMS PTO Technology Fundraiser (parents turned in old cell phones and other gently used electronic devices) and we raised approximately $180 for the Technology drive. Congratulations to Mrs. Deleone’s class who brought in the most items!

Attention GMMS Parents:
After a lot of snowy and rainy days you might notice a few chips or cracks in your car windshield. If you are in need of a new windshield, check out Interstate Auto Glass, located in Prescott Valley, 928-227-0253! Please mention that you have a student at GMMS the GMMS PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) will receive $25.00 per windshield. Thank you for your continued support of GMMS PTO!
Join the PTO! If you can’t volunteer your time, please show your support by joining for $5.00. 100% of the dues go directly to benefit GMMS students.
Hello GMMS Parents and Students!
Your PTO is a group that cares about what happens at GMMS. Listed at right are some of the events in which PTO makes a difference, but we can’t do it without you! Volunteering can take on many different forms and they all help us reach our goals. We welcome new ideas and encourage involvement at any level! Please let us know your thoughts and ideas. Our PTO meetings are the first Wednesday of every month. We meet in the conference room in the front office at 11:30 am.

Join GMMS PTO
To join the GMMS PTO please print the and return the Membership Form to the front office along with your payment. There will be a pizza party for ALL home base classes that have 100% membership, so join now!
Your GMMS PTO accepts clipped box tops all year. Please put them in an envelope and send to school with your student.

Back to school pizza party for GMMS families
Student lounge equipped with community business donations and grand opening
Fall festival, raising money for various groups and clubs on campus
Science dept donation through sales of science fair boards
Grizzly grub raised money for teams (i.e., $1000 for wrestling team)
$100 cash for each teacher’s classroom

Your PTO provides volunteers that do semi and annual clean up days on our campus.
The PTO provides supplies and volunteers to do yearly touch up paint days to our buildings.
